A panel discussion on "The Future of Operations" featured Eric David, director, NAM head of futures, Clearing, Collateral Operations, Citi and Ila Eckhoff, managing director of investment operations at Blackrock.

FIA's annual Great Chicago Steak Out charity event raised $325,000 at this year's EXPO event for the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Since 2008, FIA has helped to raise more than $4 million for the GCFD.

A panel discussion on "The Evolution of Futures for the New Generation of Customers" included Nicholas LaMaina, senior vice president of product management and strategy for TradeStation Securities; J.B. Mackenzie, managing director of futures and forex at TD Ameritrade; and Mark Omens, executive director of retail sales at CME Group.
