Course Details

Engaging content is delivered through case studies that illustrate schemes in moving and "cleansing" money, and the consequences of noncompliance with AML rules and regulations. The course focuses on:

  • Three stages of money laundering: placement, layering, and integration. 
  • Regulatory framework for AML and CFTC enforcement.
  • NFA AML requirements.
  • Firms' AML responsibilities.
  • Reporting requirements.
  • Terrorist financing. 

Who Should Take this Course?

Anyone who is an NFA Member (or associated with one) and has responsibilities that touch customer accounts, money movement or compliance must receive annual Anti-Money Laundering training. 

To complete the course, learners must pass the final assessment with a score of 80% or higher. Upon successful completion, a training certificate will be available for download.
