The webinar will aim to provide a high-level overview of the requirements as they apply to cleared derivatives, including the implementation timeline, transaction and territorial scope, what constitutes a settlement fail for the purposes of CSDR and remedies that CSDR envisages to prevent and fix settlement fails.
