What is included with the Guest Pass and how do I request one?
The Guest Pass is only available to a spouse or partner of a registered attendee and only includes access to the evening networking events. The Guest Pass is only available to people who do not work in the industry. Contact memberservices@fia.org to request a Guest Pass registration.
Is there a discount/promo code available to attend the evening events only?

Will this event be accessible virtually?
At this time, Boca 2024 is scheduled to take place in person only. Please continue to monitor the event’s landing page for updates.
Do I need an FIA membership to attend an event?
No. FIA does not require membership to attend this event. However, registrants are required to create a profile to complete their registration.

How do I make a registration payment?
Invoices can be paid via check or wire, as detailed in the confirmation. If you'd like to make a credit card payment, you can do so by clicking here to pay an open invoice. If you would like to request an online credit card payment link, send an email to Member Services.
Which form of credit card payment does FIA accept?
FIA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and their affiliates. Contact Member Services should you need assistance processing payment.
How do I book my hotel accommodations?
The conference hotel room block at The Boca Raton is available to registered attendees only. If you wish to book a hotel room, please register for the conference. Hotel reservation information is provided upon completing registration for the conference.
Rates in the hotel reservation website are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, occupancy, service, (currently 26.4%) and/or other resort specific fees (currently $40.00). The room block will close on 9 February 2024 or once the rooms are sold out.
Hotel room rates exclusive of applicable taxes, service charges, and resort fees in FIA's room block are:
- Cloister Traditional and Estate Rooms starting at $483
- Cloister Suites starting at $911
- Tower Queen and King Rooms starting at $673
- Tower Suites starting at $1473
- Yacht Club Junior and Suites starting at $976
- Bungalows starting at $1,575
Please note that there are two different hotel reservation links based on where you choose to stay in the Resort. One link for rooms and suites in the Cloister and in the Tower and a separate link for junior suites and suites in the Yacht Club.
Make sure to confirm all hotel cancellation policies and forfeiture of deposits directly with the resort when booking your reservation. Reservations are guaranteed with one night's room deposit charged to credit card used to make the reservation. This is refundable up to February 26, 2024 at 14 days in advance of the event date. At 13 days or less to the event date deposits are non-refundable.
FIA has established an additional room block at the Waterstone Resort & Marina Curio Boca Raton, Collection by Hilton. The conference hotel room block at The Waterstone is available to registered attendees only. If you wish to book a hotel room, please register for the conference. Hotel reservation information is provided upon completing registration for the conference.
The FIA group rates start at $389.00 per night and are quoted exclusive of any applicable state or municipal taxes, fees, assessments, or the daily Resort Charge of $32 per night. The cut-off date for the group rate is February 19, 2024. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that once the block is sold out, the resort's market price applies regardless of the date of booking and that some rate categories sell out faster than others. The FIA room block is now closed. Contact the hotel directly to book a room.

Shuttle bus service will be provided from The Waterstone to The Boca Raton conference venue.
My colleague processed my registration on my behalf. Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, all attendees will receive a Registration Confirmation at the email address on file.
Can I cancel my registration after the 2 February 2024 refund deadline?
Yes. Please contact Member Services for assistance.
Is there a fee if I cancel my registration?
Yes. Cancellations will be subject to a $200 administrative fee and must be in writing on or before 2 February 2024.
I am unable to attend the conference due to circumstances that are beyond my control, can I transfer my registration to my colleague?
Yes. Registration transfers may be made at any time without penalty. Please note, your colleague must not be a currently paid attendee. Please Member Services for assistance.
If I am unable to attend Boca 2024, can I transfer my funds to a future conference?
