If you are not staying at The Boca Raton, please note these changes:
-
Upon your arrival at the property, the front gate will verify that you are on the Boca 2023 attendee list.
-
You must go straight to the Mizner Center and pick up your Boca 2023 attendee badge.
-
You must have your Boca 2023 attendee badge to access and make purchases in the resort’s restaurants, bars and other areas used for informal networking.
Please note: Resort staff may ask you to leave the property if you do not have your badge on you at all times.
The Boca Raton
FIA has reserved a block of rooms at The Boca Raton. You must register for the conference before you may book your room. Only one room may be booked per conference registration.
The instructions to complete a hotel reservation will be in your registration confirmation. You must provide your conference registration confirmation number in order to complete your room reservation at the resort.
Please note: The Boca Raton has introduced a policy where only conference attendees are allowed to take advantage of the room block. If you intend to bring guests, partners or family members to the resort, and they are not staying in your room, their room(s) must be booked outside of the room block and will not be eligible for the conference room rate.
Rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, occupancy, service, (currently 26.4%) and/or other resort specific fees (currently $40.00) The cut-off date for the group rate is February 12, 2023. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that once the block is sold out, the resort's market price applies regardless of the date of booking and that some rate categories sell out faster than others.
Room types available & current pricing in the conference room block:
- Yacht Club Rooms & Suites
- Tower Rooms & Suites
- Bungalow 2BD Apartment
Make sure to confirm all hotel room cancellation policies and forfeiture of deposits directly with the resort when booking your reservation.
FIA recognizes that rooms at the Boca resort are selling quickly and that there may no longer be availability at your chosen price point. If you would like a list of other hotels in the area, that FIA does not have an arrangement with, please contact FIA Member Services.
Please reference this map for other hotels that are near The Boca Raton.
Cancellations/Substitutions
Notice of cancellations must be received in writing on or before 28 February 2023 and will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be processed after 28 February 2023. Substitutions / registration transfers may be made at any time without penalty. Please contact Member Services for cancellations or substitutions assistance.
COVID Protocols
FIA takes the health and wellbeing of event attendees and staff seriously. We ask that you do not travel to or attend the event if you have tested positive for Covid or have experienced any Covid symptoms in the last five days before the event. If you develop Covid symptoms or test positive for Covid during the event, we ask that you leave the event venue as soon as possible. We encourage attendees to follow good hygiene practices, such as using hand sanitizer, which will be made available throughout the event venue, and washing hands regularly. Direct contact information, such as addresses, emails and telephone numbers, are treated as confidential. FIA never sells its registration lists to third parties and will never contact you offering to sell such information. We regret that you may become the target of these unsolicited offers and appreciate your assistance in bringing them to our attention. Your privacy is a top priority for FIA. We encourage you to review our Privacy Statement for a comprehensive description of how FIA may use your personal information and out key privacy policies.

Access to programming, exhibits, all social events, networking breaks, and lunches.
What is included with a Boca Guest Pass and who qualifies for a Guest Pass?
The Boca Guest Pass is limited to spouses, partners, and family and cannot apply to someone who works at a firm that is part of the cleared derivatives industry. The Guest Pass provides access to Tuesday’s Exhibit Hall Cocktail Hour and Opening Reception, Wednesday’s Hall of Fame Ceremony & Reception, Wednesday’s Boca Nite Out Reception, and Thursday’s Closing Reception. The Guest Pass excludes access to Boca sessions. The Guest Pass does not give that individual access to FIA’s room block at The Boca Raton. All Guest Pass requests must be made directly to FIA Member Services.
Is there a discount/promo code available to attend the evening events only?
Unfortunately, this option is not applicable. Please click here to view current registration rates.
