ISDA and FIA sent a letter in support of the European Commission's draft equivalence decisions to declare the regulatory and supervisory of the framework of Japan, in accordance with the ‘Financial Instrument and Exchange Act as “equivalent” under Article 30 of the European Benchmarks Regulation.
