Walk with purpose: kick off your Expo morning along the Chicago Riverwalk in support of Futures for Kids (FFK). Join Julie Winkler, Chief Commercial Officer of CME Group, who is kicking off her 2027 Futures for Kids Kilt Challenge with an early-morning walk. Julie and David Martin of G.H. Financials took up the sporran at last year's IDX Gala, and this is the first event of their year-long campaign, Global Miles, Brighter Futures.
Every mile helps FFK support charities that give disadvantaged children and young people around the world access to education and opportunity..
Space is limited to 50 walkers, so please register in advance. A minimum donation of $25 to the Kilt Challenge reserves your place, and each walker gets an FFK hat for the November chill. Walkers will meet at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk's convention center entrance at 6:45 a.m. and step off at 7:00 a.m. You'll be back in time for coffee before the 9:00 a.m. program begins.
