Programme Highlights:
Exchange leaders from CME Group, Eurex, Intercontinental Exchange, London Metal Exchange & Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, and Singapore Exchange debate the opportunities and issues confronting the derivatives industry.
Regulatory Reform Revisited: Regulators from both sides of the Atlantic will provide an update on regulatory initiatives on their agendas and discuss how the industry can work with regulators to develop and implement effective regulatory change.
Preparing for MiFID II: MiFID II will dramatically reshape EU market structure and the way firms operate in the financial services sector. These new rules will become effective January 2017 and apply across all asset classes with limited exemptions. They will impact both firms operating within the EU and those accessing EU venues. This series of panels will cover both the business implications and challenges of complying with the new rules.
