FIA Operations Americas Division is pleased to announce the winners of our 2016 Scholarship Program.
FIA Operations Americas Division has granted a total of $25,000 in scholarship awards - $2,500 to each of our 10 recipients. Since inception, the division has awarded scholarships to 127 academic scholars totaling $283,500.
FIA is proud to showcase and support the children of our members as they pursue their academic careers, and is grateful for the continued participation and support of our membership. Please join us in congratulating the 2016 Scholarship winners and their parents.

Isabella Abbott, the daughter of Scott Abbott of UBS. Isabella will be attending the University of Maryland at College Park in College Park, Maryland studying Chemical Engineering.
Colin Ashburn, the son of Douglas Ashburn of John J. Lothian & Co. Colin is entering his 3rd year at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana studying Computer Science.
Olivia Bohannon, the daughter of Mark Bohannon of QST. Olivia will be attending the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida studying Biology.
Peter Bongiorni, the son of Bill Bongiorni of HSBC. Peter will be attending the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan studying Engineering.
Elena Carrigan, the daughter of Daniel Carrigan of NASDAQ Futures Exchange. Elena is entering her 3rd year at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania studying Nursing.
Corey Hellman, the son of Craig Hellman of Ketchum Trading. Corey will be attending Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana studying Engineering.
Taylor Laughlin, the daughter of Debra Laughlin of OCC. Taylor is entering her 2nd year at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in Carbondale, Illinois studying Psychology.
Jonathan Lenchard Warren, the son of DeBorah Lenchard of Spot Trading. Jonathan is entering his 3rd year at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Champaign, Illinois studying Economics/Political Science.
Kiley Pooler, the daughter of John Pooler of RJ O’Brien. Kiley is entering her 2nd year at College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois studying Mathematics.
Brendan Sapato, the son of Bernie Sapato of Deutsche Bank. Brendan is entering his 3rd year at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan studying Interior Design.
