FIA Operations Americas Division is pleased to announce the winners of our 2015 Scholarship Program.
FIA Operations Americas Division has granted a total of $25,000 in scholarship awards - $2,500 to each of our 10 recipients. Since inception, the division has awarded scholarships to 117 academic scholars totaling $258,500.
FIA is proud to showcase and support the children of our members as they pursue their academic careers, and are grateful for the continued participation and support of our membership. Please join us in congratulating the 2015 Scholarship winners and their parents.

Colin Ashburn, the son of Douglas Ashburn of John J. Lothian & Co. Colin is entering his 2nd year at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana studying Computer Science.
Charles Banke, the son of Scott Banke of CME Group. Charles is entering his 2nd year at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona studying Mechanical Engineering.
Apurva Belsare, the son of Girish Belsare of Options Clearing Corp. Apurva will be attending Cornell University in Ithaca, New York studying Economics/Math.
Elena Carrigan, the daughter of Daniel Carrigan of NASDAQ Futures Exchange. Elena is entering her 2nd year at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania studying Nursing.
Anna Geyer, the daughter of Dean Geyer of Bank of America. Anna is entering her 3rd year at the University of Illinois at Chicago in Chicago, Illinois studying Biology.
Connor Kobida, the son of Michael Kobida of CME Group. Connor is entering his 2nd year at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Champaign, Illinois studying Accounting.
Stephanie Lenchard Warren, the daughter of DeBorah Lenchard of Spot Trading. Stephanie is entering her 4th year at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Champaign, Illinois studying Painting/Creative Writing.
Anthony Mattera, the son of Vincent Mattera of BMO Capital Markets. Anthony is entering his 4th year at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania studying Marketing/Communications.
Danielle McMullan, the daughter of John McMullan of Societe Generale/Newedge. Danielle is entering her 4th year at St. John’s University in Jamaica, New York studying Finance/Accounting.
Brendan Sapato, the son of Bernie Sapato of Deutsche Bank. Brendan is entering his 2nd year at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan studying Interior Design/Spanish.
