FIA, AFME, BBA and ISDA respond to FCA handbook changes relating to MAR

4 February 2016 11:45am EST

FIA today submitted its response, along with Association for Financial Markets Europe (AFME), British Bankers Association (BBA) and International Swaps and Derivatives Association, to FCA's consultation paper on changes to the Handbook relating to implementation of the Market Abuse Regulation. The associations value the opportunity to respond to the work that has been carried out so far and see the amendment of the FCA Handbook as a chance to ensure UK markets continue to have the guidance they need which will assist with their clear, orderly and proper functioning.
