In response to a request from the Senate Committee on Agriculture, FIA submitted a letter evaluating the current regulatory framework for the exchanged-traded derivatives markets established in the Commodity Exchange Act and our recommendations on changes that would create stronger, safer markets and provide customers with greater protections.
